Get ready to capture your best look with our Starter Headshot Photoshoot package offered by HatChap Productions. Our experienced photographer, Nick Bohle, will guide you through a two-hour session to create professional headshots that reflect your unique personality and brand. This package includes two edited photos, all raw images (digital download), and allows for two different looks at a maximum of two nearby locations of your choice. Whether you're an actor or a business professional, we'll make sure you leave with the perfect headshots.
Cancellation Policy
Headshot Photography Session Services Policy Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms: Clients are allowed to cancel or reschedule their photography session up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly through email at info@hatchapproductions.com. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund and may incur a rescheduling fee. Refund Terms: Our refund policy is client-friendly and designed to provide peace of mind. Clients may receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note, as stated above, cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for a refund. Deliverables Terms: The specifics of what clients can expect in terms of deliverables (e.g., number of edited photos, type of retouching, digital or print formats) are detailed in the service description for each photography session. Deliverables will be fulfilled and delivered to the client within a reasonable timeframe, as agreed upon at the time of booking.
